This OEM ABS multifunction shower head combines a round 120 mm face, polished chrome handle, and matte black faceplate with three spray modes (full spray, center massage, and mixed spray) selected by a face-edge lever. Soft silicone or TPR nozzles make descaling easy, the G1/2″ thread fits standard hoses, and flow is rated at 2.1–2.4 GPM at 0.3 MPa. Finish, colors, nozzle layout, flow limiting, logo, and packaging can be customized for private-label programs.
JEKARE provides flexible OEM/ODM customization for ABS multifunction shower heads, allowing bathroom brands, importers, wholesalers, and e-commerce sellers to adapt spray performance, appearance, materials, and branding to their target markets.
Adjust spray mode configuration, nozzle layout, nozzle hole size, and flow-control components to achieve the desired spray coverage and water output. Flow-limiting options can also be specified for water-saving product programs.
Modify faceplate colors, handle finishes, product dimensions, and visual details to match your existing bathroom collection. Available options include chrome, matte black, brushed nickel, gunmetal, rose gold, white, and other OEM colors.
Select silicone or TPR soft nozzles according to the required spray feel, descaling performance, and product positioning. Nozzle structure and arrangement can be adjusted as part of the product development process.
JEKARE can optimize the internal structure, spray plate, switching mechanism, and component arrangement for new product requirements. Changes to the face shape or major geometry can be evaluated for new mold development.
Support logo marking, branded retail boxes, product labels, instruction manuals, and other private-label requirements to create a consistent product identity across your shower collection.
Packaging configurations can be developed around your sales channel, product positioning, and target market. Carton specifications, inserts, labeling, and presentation can be customized for wholesale, retail, or e-commerce distribution.
From initial specifications and DFM review to prototype sampling and production approval, JEKARE coordinates the key development stages to verify spray performance, switching operation, appearance, and assembly before mass production.
• Product Engineering & Tooling Preparation
Review the shower head structure, spray plate, nozzle arrangement, switching mechanism, and component clearances before production tooling is finalized. DFM evaluation helps ensure stable molding and efficient assembly.
• Precision ABS Component Molding
Mold the handle, faceplate, and spray plate using controlled ABS injection molding. Key areas such as wall thickness, sealing surfaces, and weld-line locations are monitored for dimensional consistency.
• Decorative Plating & Surface Treatment
Prepare the ABS substrate through controlled pretreatment before applying copper, nickel, and chrome plating where specified. Surface inspection helps maintain uniform color, gloss, and coating coverage across production batches.
• Spray Plate & Soft Nozzle Integration
Install silicone or TPR nozzles into the spray plate with controlled positioning and fit verification. Nozzle alignment and flow-hole clearance are checked to support consistent spray patterns.
• Multi-Mode Switching Assembly
Integrate the diverter, seals, and face-edge lever into the shower head. The switching mechanism is adjusted for smooth mode selection and reliable operation through repeated use.
• Flow & Connection Verification
Check the G1/2 connection, internal water path, spray output, and mode separation against the approved product specification. Flow performance can be verified at the customer's specified test pressure.
• Final Quality Inspection & Packing
Perform appearance, function, leakage, and assembly inspections before packing. Finished products are checked against approved samples and customer packaging requirements for consistent bulk-order delivery.

Typical test items are listed below. Parameters are set per target market or customer standard.

| Test | What It Verifies |
|---|---|
| Salt spray test (24–48 h typical) | Plating corrosion resistance |
| Water pressure test | Body and joint sealing under supply pressure |
| Flow rate test (at 0.3 MPa) | Flow consistency against specification |
| Plating adhesion (cross-hatch) | Coating bond to the ABS substrate |
| Switching life test (e.g. 10,000 cycles) | Lever and diverter durability |
| Thread torque test | G1/2" connection strength |
| Drop test | Structural resistance to handling damage |
| Spray pattern and appearance check | Nozzle clarity, mode separation, surface defects |

We look at switching smoothness, spray feel in each mode, flow at the target pressure, finish durability, and how easily the nozzles clean. We confirm all of these on a sample before mass production.
Yes. Changing the mode count means changing the spray plate and diverter design, which usually needs a tooling update. We assess this in the DFM review.
Spray force depends on nozzle diameter, nozzle count, and the flow limiter. We can tune these and test the result at 0.3 MPa, but the product cannot raise the supply pressure.
The standard flow is 2.1–2.4 GPM, and a flow limiter can bring it to 2.0 GPM or lower. Third-party certification is run as a separate project, and we supply the samples and technical support.
Finish and color changes are routine, covering matte black, brushed nickel, gun metal, rose gold, and white. A different face shape, such as a square face, needs new tooling.
Please send your target market, finish, spray modes, flow target, logo and packaging requirements, and estimated quantity. MOQ depends on color and packaging, and on whether new tooling is needed.
