Sanitary Ware OEM/ODM Project Workflow

NDA & Project Kickoff

We begin with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure full protection of your intellectual property. Upon confirmation, our engineering and project team will review your RFQ, product brief, target specifications, and commercial requirements to initiate the project.

Product Data Review & Technical Alignment

Clients may provide 3D CAD files, 2D drawings, or physical samples (preferred formats: STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, X_T). Our engineering team will evaluate the design and align with you on key technical points including structure, function, material selection, and compliance requirements.

DFM Optimization (Design for Manufacturability)

A comprehensive DFM review is conducted specifically for sanitary ware applications (shower heads, faucets, toilet seats, bathroom accessories). We optimize the design for: Moldability and structural integrity Material selection (ABS, PC, POM, LSR, metal inserts, etc.) Surface finishing feasibility (chrome, PVD, coating, etc.) Tolerance and assembly considerations A detailed DFM report is submitted for approval before tooling begins.

Prototype Development & Validation

We provide rapid prototyping solutions (3D printing, CNC, or soft tooling) to validate:
Product structure and ergonomics
Water flow performance (for shower heads)
Sealing and leak-proof performance (for faucets/valves) This stage helps reduce risk and ensures design accuracy before tooling investment.

Trial Tooling (Engineering Mold)

Trial molds (single or low-cavity) are developed to produce engineering samples. These samples are used to verify:

Mass Production Tooling

Upon sample approval, we proceed with full production mold manufacturing based on your volume requirements. We conduct T1, T2 trials and provide pre-production samples to confirm:

LSR molding
