Types of Molds & Forming Processes for Sanitary Ware

Plastic Injection Mold

Plastic injection molds are designed for high-precision production of sanitary-ware components by injecting molten thermoplastics into engineered cavities. These molds enable tight dimensional control, smooth cosmetic surfaces, and repeatable performance.
They are widely used for shower-head housings, faucet handles, valve covers, and functional bathroom accessories.

Silicone Rubber Mold (Solid Silicone)

Silicone rubber molds are used to produce flexible, elastic components with excellent sealing and chemical resistance. Compression or transfer molding processes ensure consistent material flow and uniform wall thickness.Common applications include sealing gaskets, valve membranes, soft-touch parts, and vibration-damping components in bathroom products.

Metal Stamping & Progressive Die

Metal stamping dies shape sheet metal through punching, bending, and forming operations. High-speed progressive dies enable efficient mass production with tight tolerances and consistent quality. They are commonly used for bathroom brackets, mounting plates, decorative covers, and thin-gauge metal components integrated into sanitary assemblies.
