This warranty ensures that our sanitary ware products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the products are installed.
Our custom bathroom parts, including faucets, shower heads, and toilet seats, are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all mechanical components. This guarantees that all mechanical parts will remain free of defects under normal use for the duration of ownership.
We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the finish of all our sanitary ware products. This ensures that the finishes on shower heads, faucets, and toilet seats will remain free from manufacturing defects under normal use.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective part or product. This will be the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Certain custom bathroom industry parts are exempt from the Limited Lifetime Warranty and may have specific warranty terms. These exceptions include:
Shower heads, faucets, toilet seats, and bathroom accessories with cosmetic or surface damage caused by misuse, installation errors, or non-standard conditions.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Damage caused by accessories or components not manufactured by our company
For commercial applications, the mechanical warranty is limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. All other terms, exclusions, and limitations of the residential warranty apply.
